Take the time to enjoy a friendly wine experience in the heart of the Haut Escaut vineyards , in the Cambrésis region. Whether you are a curious amateur or a passionate wine enthusiast, this introduction will allow you to discover the fundamentals of wine tasting while sharing a special moment at the estate.

Accompanied by the vineyard's sommelier, you will learn to observe a wine, identify its aromas, understand its balance on the palate, and put words to your sensations. A simple, accessible, and interactive approach in an authentic setting.

On the agenda

• 🍷 Introduction to wine tasting led by the estate's sommelier
• 🍇 Tasting of 4 to 5 wines , mixing wines from the Haut Escaut vineyard and a selection of wines from other regions in order to compare styles, terroirs and production methods
• 🧀 A cheese board carefully selected to enhance the food and wine pairings
• 🌿 Immerse yourself in the heart of the estate , in the aging cellar or directly in the vineyards depending on the weather and the season

Throughout the tasting, you will discover the main stages of sensory analysis.

This experience also provides an opportunity to freely exchange ideas with the estate team about the winemaking profession, vineyard work, winemaking and wine aging.
